Jeremy Colvin of JC's Guide Service with a 5' 9" long, 58lb Paddlefish taken May 28th 2006 on Cordell Lake while jug/noodle fishing on cut bait and Jeremy's special stink mix.
"It started out kinda slow but it quickly turned around as we boated a 5 lb. channel cat and in just minutes I spotted the most unusual sight. This big fish with 3 of my noodles scooting down the lake. We followed it to where it ran into a trot line and got the 3 noodles tangled together into it. We could only watch as the big fish tired itself. When it wore down I got the boat beside it and pulled it by it's tail over into the boat. If it hadn't been for the trot line that it got tangled in, I probably would have never got to see the fish up close".
